Pasta Salad

- 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
- 3In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 4Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
- 5Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.
