Philly Cheesesteak

- 1Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions (and bell pepper, if using) and sauté until soft and golden.
- 2Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
- 3Reduce heat to low and place cheese slices over the meat. Let melt slightly, then stir to combine.
- 4Spoon the mixture into toasted hoagie rolls and serve hot.
